At the recent Rotary Club of Roseville Chase public speaking competition, Tom delivered an impressive speech on how playing tennis is teaching him about important life values, such as motivation, determination, perseverance, time management and being a good winner - and loser. Citing Roger Federer as his inspirational role model, Tom was awarded first place in the local inter-schools competition.

In the writing competition, Juliet's essay 'The Prosthetic Hand Challenge' was highly commended. Her essay explained how a current Castle Cove school project is helping people without hands to lead fuller lives by providing them with 3D-printed prosthetic hands. Well done, Tom and Juliet!
