- Helping Children with Cancer -

On Tuesday, September 19th, CCPS got involved in National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. We held a "Touch of Gold" event encompassing a mini mufti day and a bake sale. Students dressed up in everything from hats to tutus, with sprayed hair, nail polish and ribbons. Everyone got involved!

Many bought the Be Bold Go Gold wristbands to show their support and encourage awareness.

The bake sale was an enormous success as well, with a beautiful array of gold-coloured treats for children to buy.

Together we raised $1,167.15!!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all of the parents that helped with the bake sale and the proceedings during the day, and also for your support of children in need.

As organiser, I am extremely humbled to be part of such a generous community who is always willing to help out.

Thank you,

- Miss Reynolds
