Parents Online Payment (POP)
It is now possible to make online payments to the school via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made using either a Visa or MasterCard credit card. This is a secure payment system hosted by Westpac to ensure that your credit card details are captured in a secure manner. These details are not passed back to the school. This system can be accessed on all computers, tablets and mobile devices.
To make an online payment:
- Go to the Home page of the CCPS website and choose $ Make a payment
- Enter the student details marked with an asterisk (*)
- Given name
- Date of birth
- Enter Payer details
- Full name
- Contact phone number
- Contact email
- Payment Options.
If you would like to pay the full term account, choose ‘Other' and enter the relevant information:
- For Payment Description 1, enter Term Account
- For Payment Amount 1, enter the full amount owing
If you would like to pay one or more specific items, follow the prompts under Excursions, Sport etc.
Payments need to be made per student and not per family. Student details are entered each time you make a payment as student information is not held within the payment system. You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Receipts can be emailed and/or printed.
Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child's account. As a receipt has been issued from the payment page a further receipt will not be issued by the school.
Please be aware that payments can still be made with cash, cheque or Credit Card via our school EFTPoS terminal if you prefer. For any enquiries regarding the Online Payment process please contact the School Office.
